With almost 10 years of experience in the luxury real estate market, I work in the intermediation of luxury homes and apartments in two of the most desired regions of the country: Santa Catarina - Florianópolis and São Paulo. In Florianópolis, my work stands out in the south of the island, Lagoa da Conceição, Novo Campeche, areas that combine sophistication, nature and quality of life and in São Paulo, I concentrate my work in the neighborhoods Jardins, Moema, Brooklin, Campo Belo and Morumbi. Markets that demand strategy, vision and real connection with the client. Today I am part of a 100% digital and global real estate agency which allows me to work without borders. With current focus in Miami, Orlando and Portugal, connecting people to opportunities inside and outside Brazil. Specialist in ready-made and residential properties, I have a true passion for homes, as I believe that each one carries a unique story and the potential to transform into an inspiring home. I speak Spanish and am learning English, and I am currently studying Interior Design which expands my connection with clients and international investors. My hobby is morning walks by the lagoon, contemplating the landscape and seeking inspiration to offer increasingly human and personalized service. I am passionate about animals and share my routine with my two cats, who make my days lighter and happier.
